We will do a group chat about our mind and body, such as how do we feel right now. Then, we will stretch to calming music while focusing on our breath. I will say positive affirmations during the session to remind the students that they are amazing, focused, determined, loved and more. This class is great for students to take when they need to slow down their body or even to realign themselves to feel settled and to believe in themselves. 25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will need a space to move. They may choose to use a mat if they wish and a water bottle.
