Description

Class Experience

-Mindfulness
-Being present and aware of themselves and their environment
-Believing in themselves
-Flexibility 
-Getting to feel calm quicker in situations
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will need a space to move on the floor. They may choose to use a mat if they wish and a water bottle.
