Let’s go girls! Here is a class for emerging leaders catered specifically for girls. This is an ongoing class that meets once per week. I encourage fellow emerging leaders to join even after it has begun, the content does not build of the previous weeks. Weekly classes will be structured to begin with a question to spark discussion, engagement and lessons based around a leadership criteria that will direct us into a class activity. Questions will range from case studies, opinion based, current events and so on. Some of examples of lessons include styles of leadership, personal leadership assessments, problem solving and more. This social club will be a discussion style club that encourages interaction amongst other students. I hope to create a space where students are able to learn from each other, share their own experiences and make new friends! I have experience playing and coaching softball up to the division one level and am currently studying to receive my masters in Learning and Leadership. I teach with emphasis on real life application. There is no prior experience or knowledge required to be part of this social club. *If you are enrolled in a class or club of mine please know that I will refund you in full if you give me a 24 hr advance heads up you will not be in class, I will give 50% refund if you let me know after the 24 hr mark. If you do not contact me at all in advance I will stay in class for 10 mins before cancelling, but will no longer offer a refund*

My name is Gina Young and I am currently pursuing my Masters in Learning and Leadership 📚 while coaching softball at the division 1 level.🥎 I earned my Bachelors in Science, Tech, Health and Society at the University of Arizona where I played softball 2017-2019. (Bear Down!) During my time pitching at Arizona I was able to experience a trip to the WCWS my final year! I have been an assistant coach at the division 1 level for the past 2 years and giving lessons to kiddos for the past 5. 🥰
I teach classes on leadership. This is a subject I am very passionate about and has shaped my life greatly into what it is today.
