Description

Class Experience

I have been cooking professionally at 5 star restaurants, hotels and resorts for over 2 decades. I have been required to always have my Kitchen Safety Certificate current and updated. I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with your children.
Preheat oven to 400 INGREDIENTS: 4 ears of corn 3 tbs. butter 1 tsp. chipotle power or 1 tsp. chili power or 1 tsp. smoked paprika 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup cilantro 2 ounces COTIJA cheese (Mexican cheese) OR WHOLE parmesan cheese (not pre-shredded or grated) 1 lime EQUIPMENT: Basting brush Aluminum foil Metal oven pan or a Cookie Sheet Wooden or Metal Skewers Mixing Bowl Kitchen Knife Cutting Board Grater or microplane Plate for serving and presentation
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Learners will need some guidance from an adult with the use of knives and the oven.
