Class experience
In this one-time course students will make elf slime. We will briefly discuss chemistry. Students will mix the ingredients together to make red or green elf slime. Students will have time to explore and play with their elf slime. We will discuss what happens when we pull the elf slime quickly versus when we pull it slowly. 2 bottles of Elmer's clear washable school glue 1/4 to 1/2 cup of liquid starch (Lin it or Sta Flo Brand) food coloring (red or green) glitter (optional) water 2 bowls 1/2 cup - measuring cup 1/4 cup - measuring cup (You need a separate measuring cup for the liquid starch.) 2 spoons 1 to 2 covered containers to store the slime
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
