Your elf lover will enjoy this class. We will start with the teacher reading How to Catch An Elf to the students. The teacher will ask questions and engage the students in the reading. After we finish the book, we will start our elf crown craft. The teacher will give students time to decorate their crown while chatting about elves and holiday excitement! Students will finish the class by sharing their elf crown with the class! (Parents can help cut and assemble the crown during or after class.) I hope to see you soon for some elf fun!
Learning Goals
Students will participate in answering questions throughout the story as well as use their skills in listening and following directions to complete their elf crown.

Parental Guidance
This class will focus on elves and other holiday characters. Scissors are needed to cut out the crown, parental guidance when cutting is permissible.

Hi! My name is Ashley! I am a 2nd grade teacher in Virginia! I have taught grades 2-4 over the past 12 years. I love teaching reading, math, science, and having fun with directed drawings!
