US Grade Kindergarten - 2
In this class, we will be learning about the skeletal system and the bones that make up our body including the names of some of the larger bones. We will also learn the function of our skeletal system as a support structure for our body. We will talk about X-rays and how they are able to see our bones. And what happens when we break a bone. We will make an X-ray craft in class together using Q-tips and black construction paper. I love teaching in an interactive and hands-on way and involving students in discussions.
Learning Goals
Students will have a basic understanding of the structure and function of the the human skeletal system.
