Class Experience

US Grade 1 - 3
Bones don't get much credit but we'd look pretty funny without one. This one time class introduces learners to the human skeletal system and the importance of our bones. Our skeleton is our support system and a good protector of all of our important organs. We will also learn about types of joints, how to keep our bones healthy, how many bones are in a child and an adult and why the number changes, and will use a diagram of a human foot to show the size of some of the smaller bones in our body. Lastly, we will make a simple model of the human spine.
