Description

Class Experience

Students will require the following goals:
•	Note Recognition
•	Internalize Rhythm
•	Read beginner piano music
•	Read beginner recorder music
•	Learn 4 songs on the piano
•	Learn 4 songs on the recorder
•	Self-Confidence
I have taught music lessons for over 35 years and owned my own music studio where students took piano, drums, flute, guitar, recorder, and group music classes as well as songwriting classes. I feel music is one of the most important gifts I can give to students. The way music ignites the brain is incredible!!
The learner will be completing songs on their own. Songs to be practiced on the piano and recorder are required every week. It is my hope they will be excited to do this on their own without any reminders from parents/guardians.
A certificate of Achievement will be given after the 5 weeks are completed.
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
