In this club, students will gather with friends to discuss movies and practice our social interaction while coloring & chatting about movies we have seen.

Does your kid love to watch movies? Turn that leisure habit into an opportunity to practice observation and conversational skills. In this 30 minute, "just for fun" class, learners will meet with friends each week to chat about movies that we've watched during the week. Each week learners will also receive an optional coloring page associated with the week's movie theme or topic. Following the list below, learners will watch the chosen movie and come to class ready to chat! MAY 05/01: Latte and the Magic Waterstone 05/08: Secret Magic Control Agency 05/15: The Last Airbender 05/22: Good Burger 05.29: Deep When this list is exhausted, movies will be based on student choice. Every effort will be made to ensure the choices are PG or G movies and available on Netflix. Parents are encouraged to do their due diligence and watch the movies in advance or with their kids. **This is an ongoing class, students can join and leave as deemed necessary. Please be mindful that Outschool will charge your account weekly until unenrolled. **

Hey there! My name is Kaylani (I go by Teacher Kaylani or Mrs. K).
I am a state-certified teacher with experience in both Middle and Elementary school. I hold an M.Ed in Educational Leadership, a Bachelor's in Communication, and a TESOL certificate.
It is my passion to help students gain ( and keep) a love for learning. Learning should be valuable and fun.
