This class is taught by a certified teacher! Each class, I will help your child with his/her homework and give tricks to remember the skills easier. We will also play math and games to develop fluency in math and concepts.

Beginner - Advanced Level
**I also have a reading and ELA tutoring program that is separate from this class.** Homework Helper is here to save the day! We will work together to do your homework or we can work on skills that you need to improve. I have curriculums for kindergarten to 4th grade and can teach to your child's current level. Even if your child is advanced, I will teach them more advanced skills to advance them further. After each session, I will send a class note to the parent explaining how your child did in class and what they learned. I will also give you ideas of how you can support your child at home with these skills learned. I look forward to getting to know your child!

The student's will improve his/her math skills and learn how to associate the math learned in class into everyday math that they will need to be successful in school.

I have experience teaching children with ADHD and Autism. I will integrate an educational brain break during our session the need arises.

Hello Everyone!! I love to teach fun and engaging classes for children ages 3-8. I enjoy being silly and singing silly songs with the class. My puppets and my own pets often visit the class. I have been teaching Prekindergarten for the past 8 years and before that, I taught kindergarten for 9 years. I love the energy that the young learners bring to class.
When I am not teaching, you will find me hanging out with my family around a camp fire or traveling around the United States. I am also a Girl Scout leader in my community and love taking my Girl Scout troop on many adventures including camping trips, field trips and hiking trips. We like to earn a lot of STEM and nature badges. I love the outdoors and try to get out as much as possible. When I taught in the local public school classroom, I would often take my class outdoors to teach if it was a nice day. So come join me in class and see what adventures we will take!
