Course Outline: 1. The teacher will hold brief introductions. 2. The teacher will introduce the topic. 3. The teacher will play a 3-minute video about the topic. 4. The teacher and students will review topic vocabulary. 5. The students will continue through a question and answer session regarding the topic. 6. Any last questions students have about the topic will be addressed. Topics included will be: food chains bacteria consumer decomposer energy food chain food web population predator prey producer If time allows, we will play a game to practice our new learning using www.quizizz.com.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I teach all subject areas for elementary age students. I have been an elementary school teacher for the last fourteen years. I have taught Third and Fourth grades. I also have experience in Kindergarten and First grades during my student teaching. I have a BS in Early Childhood Education (P-4), as well as a MS in Library Media and Informational Technology(K-12). I am currently certified in the state of Arkansas in both areas.
Learning should be an adventure! I strive to reach students using a variety of learning methods, while making lessons interesting for students. My hope is that students will want to learn more after a lesson with me.
Here is a little information about me. I'm a mother of two. I enjoy many outdoor activities, reading, writing, and playing with my pets. Make sure and ask me about some of the crazy pets I have owned!
