Class experience

Taught by a certified Health Education Specialist, this ongoing course is designed to give learners a basic understanding of the human body through weekly topics and discussions.

Due to the fact that this is an ongoing course, students can join in at any time for topics they are interested in.

The course schedule will include the following:

For the exercise topics, students should have loose-fitting clothing, a water bottle, and open space to complete the exercise. Parent supervision is required during this time. 

For the nutrition units, students will use basic cooking utensils and a stove. Parent supervision during this time is required.
