I am a licensed elementary school teacher with endorsements in Gifted education and in Teaching Students of Other Languages. I have  over 20 years of classroom teaching and tutoring experience. My passion is gifted education and math. I love finding new ways to engage students and help them feel that anything is possible. My favorite quote by Zig Ziglar is: "If you can dream it, you can achieve it." I teach a variety of courses and continue to create new courses based on parent feedback/requests and my creativity. I like to teach courses in reading, writing, math, and project based learning. I love teaching math classes as it is one of those subjects where there are many ways to solve the problem. 
I love learning and find myself in graduate school often. So far I have already earned my B.S. in Elementary Education which was followed by an M.Ed. in Corporate Training and Knowledge Management, an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Gifted and Talented Education, and an M.Ed. in Teaching Students of Other Languages. I try to pass my love for learning on to my students:)
