Description
Class Experience
We will cover the requirements to be a President. This includes age, citizen and residency requirements as set forth in the U.S. Constitution. Then I will present the year long election process that includes campaigning within the political party and general public . Finally I will explain how the U.S. Electoral College works. I will use images and videos to teach. I will ask questions to engage learners. Time permitting we will look up elected officials in the learner's resident state....
I have taught this class many times on outschool but lost the listing when I tried to change the age group.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
