Equipment: 1. Electric Hand Mixer 2. 1 Glass Bowl 3. Spatula (Silicone preferred) 4. Baking Pan ( 9 * 7) 5. Wax Paper 6. Measuring Cups 7. Oven pre-heated to 350 F Ingredients: 1. All purpose flour : 1 1/2 cup 2. Lemon juice: 1 tbl spoon 3. Cream Cheese: 1/2 pack 4. Butter : 1 1/2 stick 5. Lemon zest: 2 lemons 6. Sugar : 1/2 cup 7. Baking Powder: 1 1/2 tsp 8. Baking Soda : 1/2 tsp 9. Condensed Milk: 1/2 cup 10. Buttermilk or Yogurt : 1/2 cup 11. Vanilla Essence: 1 tbl spoon

I'm not a food connoisseur, or a professionally trained chef. I'm just a normal mom who loves baking yummy eggless cakes & desserts.
It all began when I started baking monthly birthday cakes for my son. Gradually, I experimented with various baking ingredients (except eggs) to include in my baking style. I have been running my home based bakery "Prettyummy Bakery" now for 7 years and I love to bake just about anything.
I do make custom cakes/cupcakes/breads/donuts/snacks and all things nice in my kitchen. Since it all started with my kids, I love to work with kids and teach them various techniques which I have learnt. If not a program manager, I would be a teacher. And to fulfill that desire I do spend a lot of time volunteering in my son's school. And to further pursue my passion for teaching, I do conduct baking summer camps for kids and do workshops around my neighborhood.
Besides this, I am a program manager working in Silicon Valley.
