In this one time course, young chefs will create their own mini veggie frittatas, or egg muffins if you're not feeling fancy, for breakfast, lunch, or a great protein packed snack!

Class experience

Ingredients:
Mini Veggie Frittatas

1 dozen eggs
1 cup loosely packed chopped fresh spinach
1 cup quartered grape or cherry tomatoes
8 oz feta cheese crumbles (about 2 small containers)
1/2 tablespoon kosher salt or table salt
1/4 tablespoon dried basil
1/4 tablespoon ground black pepper
nonstick cooking spray

Materials:
1 large mixing bowl
1/2 tablespoon measuring spoon
1/4 tablespoon measuring spoon
Whisk
Muffin pan
1/4 cup measuring cup

Optional: Apron


Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parental Guidance may be needed for this class depending on your learner's skill set and knowledge, as we will be discussing oven safety and usage.
