Focusing on building confidence, articulation, and stage presence, learners will be empowered to express themselves with clarity and enthusiasm. Practice includes academic speaking, storytelling, and impromptu talks. This class nurtures a positive and supportive environment, laying the foundation for effective public speaking. We will introduce fundamental public speaking techniques such as vocal modulation, body language, and eye contact enhancing overall presentation skills.

I have been working with kids and teens for the past twenty years as the artistic director of a youth theater program, and a camp director. Currently, I teach library, music, art, theater, and holocaust studies. 

Academically, I hold a bachelor's in English, a master's in Liberal Studies with a certificate in Holocaust and Genocide Studies, and a Doctorate in Literary Studies. 

I tutor all ages in a variety of subjects, with a  focus on the humanities.

I run semester long graduate dissertation writing  classes at Drew University, mentoring graduate students through the dissertation process. 

Lastly, I have several published pieces including articles, my own dissertation, and two children's books.
