Hey there!
Let's start with a high-five - to you! Yes, you!

Out of a desire to learn in an outside-the-box way, and to really understand what you're learning, you've found your way here, to my profile on Outschool. That, right there, shows that you value your education, and you're not taking "good enough" for an answer when it comes to how you understand the world around you. Good for you! *High-five*

As for me, I can bring my experience to the table. As a math major in college with a M.Ed. in Math Education, I've harnessed my skill and solidified my passion (and frankly, nerdiness) for all things math! After teaching math and engineering for five years, I also love helping students with projects and outlining problems in the context of real-world examples, which cannot be understated for today's 21st century learner. You can also bet that we're talking about some of our favorite books (Chronicles of Narnia), movies (the classic Star Wars trilogy), TV shows (The Office, Parks & Rec), and characters as we learn!

If you see a course that I offer, but there's no available section, please feel free to request additional times. Send me a message, and I'd be happy to open up a new session for you that can work for both of us! Thanks for your consideration, and I look forward to working with you!
