In this one-time course students will make edible, fluffy slime. We will identify the five senses and discuss how it is important. Students will mix the ingredients together to make the edible, fluffy slime. Students will have time to explore, eat, and play with their slime. We will review the five senses and discuss how each sense does or does not relate to the slime. Students do not need to have any prior knowledge or experience in order to take this course. Note: Make sure to store the fluffy slime in a covered container. It should be good to play with the following day before disposing of it. You may find the texture has changed some.

Parental guidance is suggested in helping students to have the correct amount of materials needed. A parent may need to assist when adding the food coloring. This can get very messy. I recommend the student sit at a table. A parent may need to assist with clean up.
