Class Experience

This class includes 45 min of hands-on kitchen time following along with the instructor to learn how to use pre-made puff pastry to make delicious croissants filled with chocolate or your choice of filling. Some students may finish 5-10 minutes early depending on oven variations and their effect on baking speeds. The instructor will teach the learners how to handle pastry dough, as well as how to prepare their baking sheets and essential baking safety. Teacher expertise and credentials
I have been baking since I was a child since my family is filled with fantastic bakers. I have a particular love of baking cakes and pastries, and my friends and family can't get enough of them. I love sharing my baked goods and teaching others to make great baked goods that they can share. I have a degree in biochemistry, so I am fascinated with the chemical processes of baking. I am continuously working on developing my baking skills and adding new bakes to my repertoire. Over 500 learners have taken my baking classes on Outschool.
