Eco-Warrior 101 Project: Learn Sustainable Living - Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle

Requirements:  A t-shirt that will be cut and 1 pair of scissors. 

Eco-Warrior 101 Project is a fun and engaging class designed for kids to learn about sustainable living through a lesson and an upcycling project centered on the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle, instilling in them the value of environmental stewardship and equipping them with practical skills to become eco-warriors in their communities.

Students will learn about the impact of their daily choices on the environment and the ways in which they can make a positive difference, such as by reducing waste, conserving resources, and upcycling items that would otherwise end up in landfills.

Kids will gain a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of our world and how their actions can have a positive impact on the environment, inspiring them to become conscious and responsible citizens who are passionate about creating a more sustainable future for all.

Learners will be provided a variety of ideas that they can implement when they leave the class such as
a. How to locate a recycling center
b. How to locate a volunteer recycling program for community service
c. How to reduce waste throughout their home
d. How to assist parents in creating a home recycling program

The class ends with taking a t-shirt and creating a reusable t-shirt bag.
