Ingredients: 1 banana 2 TBS Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 2 TBS Nut Butter (I will use peanut butter, but you may substitute for almond, cashew, or sunflower butter.) Optional toppings: whipped topping, chocolate chips, sprinkles, nuts, coconut, etc. Materials: A small mixing bowl A fork and spoon 1 TBS measuring spoon A small microwave safe bowl or cupcake liner(paper, glass or silicone works best!) Microwave Oven Optional: scraper or spatula

Children should retrieve their dish from the microwave with assistance from a responsible person. A hot pad is recommended for removing dishes from the microwave.
