This onetime class will provide a new drawing each week so students can take this class more than once! Join us every week to create a new drawing! Students will participate in drawing while discussing interesting facts about the subject. I will incorporate early learning skills such as classifying objects, patterns , early math skills etc. This class is designed to build skill and confidence while learning to following directions. Your child will need simple supplies such as paper and colored pencils, crayons or markers for this fun class. There is no required knowledge or experience needed. This is a beginner, easy drawing class. The sessions will not build on previous classes, the topics/ drawings will change weekly. I will use a slideshow for the students to follow along with. The class themes will include topics such as : zoo animals, insects, pets, holiday drawings, Seasons, food etc . This course was created to allow students to practice following directions and art skills while reviewing and learning skills for PreK- 2nd grade. We have fun as we build self confidence and social skills

Hello friends! My name is Judy Muncher and I live in Alabama, USA! I am a mother of 3 adult boys and a grandmother to a wonderful 2 year old. We love adventure, travel and all types of animals! I received my BS and MS Degree in Education. I taught science for 15 years in the public school setting. I continued my education receiving an additional MS in Library Science. I changed careers and became a Media Specialist in both the Elementary and High School setting! I am a lifelong educator of 30 years! I have developed a wonderful passion for educating children. My teaching philosophy is based on learning through play and discovery. Discovery allows children to improve cognitive development in memory, concentration, attention, perception, imagination and creativity. I have recently joined the virtual teaching community. I have taught English online for the last year. I LOVE virtual teaching!! Virtual teaching allows me to connect with all types of students in a variety of locations! My classes revolve around discussion and collaboration. Students enjoy talking about their ideas and sharing with others! My goal as a teacher is to help students develop a LOVE of learning.
