Class experience
Do you like to spend time playing in the kitchen? Do you pretend to make delicious treats and serve them to your family? Would you like to make a real treat all by yourself? Let's do it! In this class we will mix ingredients and put them together to create a yummy chocolate peanut butter treat with a hidden secret: banana! This treat is perfect for brand new chefs as well as chefs who have a little bit of experience in the kitchen. *Please be aware that nuts will be used in this recipe....
I have been baking and cooking for over 20 years. I teach cooking and baking classes online for learners of all ages.
Ingredients: semi sweet chocolate chips peanut butter coconut oil or butter bananas Flaky salt Supplies: mini cupcake liners baking sheet cutting board knife (for cutting bananas) spoons or small scoops
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Learners can complete most steps with very little supervision. We will be using the microwave to melt chocolate, so please be sure your learner is comfortable using the microwave or have someone near who can help them operate it. We will also be slicing bananas in class using a blunt knife. If your learner is comfortable using a blunt knife, they will not require supervision. Otherwise, please have someone close who can help the student should they need it.
