You will get comfortable with scrapping paint with a palette knife, Layering paint, and creating a design with a brush. creativity is a very personalized process, I encourage my students to take "Progress photos" so that when done, they can look back at how they transformed a black canvas into a painting. These photos are great visual documentation of their learning. In a year or 5 years, they can look back at their photos and realize how far their skills have come. Thus boosting their morale/ self-esteem to do more creative things.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
The slideshow for the class demo will be a canva slideshow consisting of still imades and video. This is shared via screen share within the outschool zoom platform
