In this 4 week course, students will continue learning basic Japanese language including weather, body parts, family members, animals, and hiragana. Unit 2 is part of a 3-Unit series.

Description
Class Experience
Students will be able to identify body parts and family members using the "they is my __" phrase, and give examples of what they like and don't like. Students will be able to identify columns of hiragana "NA" through "YA".
Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour of homework will be assigned each week, which will be primarily hiragana writing practice and memorization.
Teacher will post a handout of the phrases and vocabulary words learned after each class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No formal assessment is planned; teacher will continuously check for student comprehension by asking questions during class.
50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
