Description
Class Experience
In this one time class we will learn how to make vegetable spring rolls. We will talk about hygiene and safety in the kitchen, focusing specifically on using knives safely and using a stove with oil. I will show learner some knife skills while preparing the vegetables, and how to fill and fold the spring roll pastries before they are fried. Each step will be demonstrated live to the students and I will guide them through the entire process. As we will be working with knives and hot oil...

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will be working with sharp knives, the stove and hot oil. It is important that there is adult supervision
