In this one-time class, “Easter/Spring Storytime & Craft,” learners will listen to a story about springtime and discuss their favorite things about spring, while coloring their choice of puzzle, and practice using scissors. This class is structured as a presentation of a story about spring using slides with images and videos. This class is taught in English.
- Practice holding/using scissors - Strengthen fine motor skills - Build confidence in speech - Learn about the season of spring
- Four-page handout (provided by me in PDF form) - Crayons or colored pencils - Safety scissors - Optional: Envelope or Ziplock bag (to store puzzle pieces)
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class requires the use of scissors. Parents/Guardians should observe and/or may need to assist learners with cutting.
