Scratch Jr is developed by MIT to make young learners understand the basics of coding via simple blocks. In this class learners develop the game skills by making fun games on Easter theme using the block based coding. Students would work along with the teacher to make these games , which they can then play with their friends. Scratch Jr helps kids develop critical and logical thinking skills needed for higher order thinking. **********Device requirements ********** Ideally having 2 devices for this class works best , learners can be on phone for zoom call and on tablet/ computer for scratch jr. coding. Please ensure you have installed the scratch jr. app before class. ********************************************* Day 1: Save the egg game - students design a game to make the bunny take an egg to its home safely and avoid the eagle from robbing its eater egg. Day 2 and 3 : Egg hunt game - The bunny hunts the easter eggs Day 4 and 5 : Decorate the egg : Try your hands on in making a fun easter egg for everyone. Players get to decorate their own easter egg.
