This class is a celebration of Easter where we will create a fun and easy recipe called mini egg blondies. While the blondies are baking, we’ll have an egg hunt and finish off with an Easter animated story of ‘Curious George, Happy Easter’. 1 file available upon enrollmentMini egg blondies Ingredients 1 egg 1 cup light brown sugar 1 stick of melted unsalted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup all purpose/plain flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup sugar-coated mini chocolate eggs Equipment Workmat Large mixing bowl Whisk or fork Spatula Ziplock bag Rolling pin 8x8in cake tin or muffin cases Baking paper **Conversions (1 cup flour = 150g), sugar (1 cup = 200g), brown sugar (1 cup packed = 200g), butter (1 tablespoon is 15g, 1 stick is 110g and 1 cup is 225g)
