1 file available upon enrollmentMini egg blondies Ingredients 1 egg 1 cup light brown sugar 1 stick of melted unsalted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup all purpose/plain flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup sugar-coated mini chocolate eggs Equipment Workmat Large mixing bowl Whisk or fork Spatula Ziplock bag Rolling pin 8x8in cake tin or muffin cases Baking paper **Conversions (1 cup flour = 150g), sugar (1 cup = 200g), brown sugar (1 cup packed = 200g), butter (1 tablespoon is 15g, 1 stick is 110g and 1 cup is 225g)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental guidance required to operate the oven and maybe with measurements if learners are very young.
