In this class young chefs will create their own Easter Pudding Cups. We will start with a short introduction of the learners, a brief discussion, then we will start assembly. We will assemble the recipe step by step, if time allows we will socialize with other learners and enjoy our snack together. No previous experience or knowledge needed. Learners will need to be able to scoop with a spoon, use hands to spread toppings, and crush cookies with a weighted object. Parental Guidance* Depending on the knowledge and skillset of your learner direct supervision may be required. Ingredients needed: One box of pistachio pudding, prepared and chilled ahead of class (Remember to look for ingredients needed on package!) About 20-30 cookies either oreos or vanilla wafers About 1 cup shredded coconut Green food coloring Optional: Easter themed candies, mini cadbury eggs, pastel M&Ms, jelly beans, small candy bunnies etc Materials needed: 1 Gallon size zip top bag 1 heavy cup, rolling pin, small sauce pan, etc to crush cookies in bag 6-8 small clear plastic cups to prepare individual servings 1 small bowl 1 small spoon 1 large spoon or ice cream scoop to scoop pudding Optional: 1 eating spoon to enjoy the snack! Optional: Apron and chef's hat, paper towels or towels for any messes or wiping hands
