Class Experience
Understanding of Earth's layers and their structure
I am a homeschool mom to my 2 young learners and science is the subject we enjoy the most! We always find fun ways of exploring concepts.
Craft dough or clay in Red, Orange, Brown, Green, Blue, 2 containers Yellow. This can be home-made dough or any kind of craft dough. Please be aware that some craft doughs contain gluten. Please ensure to read the listed ingredients on your dough for safety purposes prior to use. Sewing thread or dental floss 1 paper plate w/ printable already glued on 1 button (preferably RED but any color is fine) Orange fingerpaint (please be sure to read the ingredients for your finger-paint prior to class to ensure there will be no allergy issues) Regular white glue or glue dots Pencil
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental guidance may be necessary to assist with craft dough manipulation and use of glue and finger paints.
