Description
Class Experience
Class begins with greetings and questions about learners experience's with pattern art . If students are unfamiliar the definition will be discussed. The teacher will show examples of patterns to inspire students to create their own or recreate some we find. Teacher will share the Earth drawing pictured in description then share an overhead camera and walk learners through how to recreate the image. Learners will be encouraged to add their own ideas and do what they would like to make it...
The goal is for students to have a fun and stress relieving experience while learning this style of art.
This class is the perfect meld of my Bachelor's in psychology and minor in Art! I love working with children, which makes this the ideal class for me to teach!
No assigned homework, however students should finish their art project. They may post their artwork to the classroom page, I love seeing what they make!
Drawing paper, pencil, pen, marker, such as a sharpie, something to add light color.
35 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Students will be asked to turn on their camera for introductions. Students will also be asked to show their artwork, however they are not required to do so. I am excited to see what they make!
