In this on going class, we will practice reading words with a different vowel blend (diphthong) each week. (IE- aw, au, oo, oy, etc). This class is ESL friendly.

Are they starting to blend words to read simple words (like cat, sat, pam, ham) and ready to start learning to read? :) Research shows that one of the best way to learn to read tricky sounds is to keep practicing the repetitive words as a group. Learners will need the printout provided, any type of modeling clay (like play doh), scissors, and glue.
An adult may need to help the learner out with scissors.
