Class Experience

US Grade Kindergarten - 3
Beginner - Intermediate Level
In our early readers class, meeting twice weekly, children will embark on an engaging literacy journey. We'll focus on phonics, vocabulary, and comprehension skills. Each session includes interactive storytelling, fun reading activities, and phonics games designed to make learning enjoyable and effective.

What will be taught? We'll cover foundational reading skills such as phonemic awareness, decoding, and vocabulary building, ensuring students develop a strong literacy base.

Class Structure: Each class begins with a brief phonics lesson, followed by interactive storytelling and reading activities. We use a mix of slides, video clips, and hands-on activities to keep students engaged. The class ends with a fun game or discussion to reinforce the day's lesson.

Teaching Style: My approach is interactive and student-centered, fostering a love for reading through engaging and dynamic methods. I use a variety of materials to cater to different learning styles, ensuring each child can thrive.

Learner Interaction: Students will interact with me and their peers through discussions, reading aloud, and collaborative games. This encourages not just reading skills, but also communication and social skills, making the learning process comprehensive and enjoyable.

With a mix of structured learning and playful exploration, this class is designed to build confidence and proficiency in early readers.
