Beginner Level
This class is designed for students with no prior knowledge of French. This class is specifically designed for younger students who are not ready to study complex grammar topics. We will be learning French with exercises, games, and repetition. During this course we will learn common vocabulary for family, food, animals, and more. Students will learn some basic sentence structures as well and be introduced to different aspects of French culture. Students will be encouraged but not required to practice speaking French from the first class. During class we will learn about the Francophone world, including France and Québec. Students will find similarities between French and English language as well as discuss what makes the Francophone culture unique. My family is Québecoise and I grew up speaking French. I also formally studied French for 7 years.
