In this weekly, on-going Dungeons and Dragons class, we will play through a lengthy, immersive campaign set in the exotic jungle of Chult. Tomb of Annihilation is chock full of deadly traps and puzzles, intrigue and competing teams of adventurers, hordes of monsters, with the fate of the world in the balance! Students will practice the many skills that Dungeons and Dragons hones - creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, teamwork, leadership, public speaking, and the ability to perform quick mental math calculations.
Tomb of Annihilation is a great campaign for experienced D&D players who would like more of a challenge than the average adventure. This ongoing class will allow students to form more long-lasting friendships if they stick with the campaign long-term. I've run Tomb of Annihilation before - it's one of my favorites!
2 files available upon enrollmentI will provide students with the Players Basic Rules and blank character sheets. If students do not have dice, they may use an online dice roller. They should also have a pencil and paper to use during class.
