Class Experience

Dungeons and Dragons is a collaborative role playing game in which players must work together, solve puzzles, and think critically. D&D requires some basic math skills, social interaction, and lots of imagination!
As this campaign is for first-time players, I will provide a few options for character, although if anyone wants to make their own, we can arrange to meet and do so before the campaign starts.

The adventure begins when the group is hired to take a wagon-load of supplies from Neverwinter to the town of Phandalin but finds trouble along the way!

The first session will be getting set up, choosing characters, and going over the basics of play. Then we will begin the story! The pace of the game will be set by the players, so they don't have to feel like they need to rush to be finished by a certain date.

Please note: except in rare instances, PvP will not be part of this game; the goal is to work together.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I have been playing D&D for many years, multiple times a week, including a 24hour charity game that was live-streamed to raise money for children's hospitals. I am an experienced storyteller, and I have both run this campaign before and have played through it as a character, so know it well.
