Class experience
Students will learn how to play Dungeons and Dragons by playing the Scourge of the Howling Horde campaign. I will be the Dungeon Master; the person who tells the story/facilitates game play etc. In the beginning of the first class I will go over the basic rules of DnD and then revisit those rules whenever necessary based on the needs of the group, we will create our own characters and have student characters meet. Students will learn about team building, public speaking, problem solving and critical thinking.
A character sheet will be provided. Students can either use their own dice (for purchase on a variety of online retailers for around $5) or use an online dice rolling app.
