Description
Class Experience
The founder of DnD Club Academy, Adam Scott, has been a professional classroom teacher his entire career, and playing role-playing games since he was 10 years old. In addition to his teaching experience, he believes each class should put the students at the center of learning, minimizing lecture and encouraging interaction. The DnD Club has organized and taught groups of Dungeons and Dragons for hundreds of students and community members, running games professionally for private clients with children between 10-15 years old. We want you to live your adventure. It's our mission that your child feels empowered and excited after this lesson, potentially sparking an interest in a wonderful activity.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
45 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
Students will discuss topics and fandoms as indicted on the master schedule in the course listing. Efforts will always be made by our team to keep the discussion age appropriate. Some fandoms (such as Marvel, Star Wars, and Pokemon), contain fantasy/sci-fi violence.
We will use the website Kahoot for interactive party style games/quizzes.
