In this class, students aged 8-13 will immerse themselves in the exciting world of Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) in small groups of 2-8 learners. Each week they'll explore the fundamentals of roleplaying, teamwork, and creative problem-solving, not to mention having fun.  

This is a standard class, that does accept any skill level but a basic knowledge of the game should be expected. No one needs to be an expert and we can learn more as we go. 

Every week, your child will dive deeper into the thrilling world of Dungeons and Dragons 5e! Their Game Master (GM), will guide them through an immersive homebrew campaign filled with action, creativity, & endless possibilities. 

WHAT WE’LL LEARN: 

🐉 Rules of D&D 5e: Learn the basics of roleplaying, combat, and teamwork as we explore the world together.
⚔️ Creative Problem-Solving: Use your imagination to overcome obstacles, defeat monsters, and claim victory.
🎭 Character Development: Build your hero from scratch—whether you’re a fierce warrior, a cunning rogue, or a powerful wizard.

GAMEPLAY STYLE: 

We’ll use a homebrew campaign, which means players’ choices shape the world! They'll collaborate to defeat monsters, strategize their way through challenges, and unlock their creativity through character development and imaginative storytelling. 

🎲 No memorization needed: Just come with a fun attitude.
🗺️ Flexible, ongoing campaign: New adventurers can join anytime. Each session builds on the last, so the fun never stops.

TYPICAL CLASS STRUCTURE: 
🌟 Warm-up: We’ll recap last week’s adventure and check in with our characters.
🎮 Main Gameplay: The group will face new challenges, solve puzzles, and battle enemies as we move through the campaign.
🛠️ Learn-as-you-play: I’ll introduce rules and mechanics gradually to ensure everyone understands and enjoys the game.
🎉 Wrap-up: We’ll celebrate victories, reflect on our strategy, and discuss next steps for our characters.
