๐ Try out your first class for FREE with code: DNDWITRIAL30 ๐ Join us as we play through The Wild Beyond The Witchlight, an adventure that takes players to the Feywild, a place of wonder and whimsy ruled by emotion. Players will meet witches of the Hourglass Coven and must unravel the mystery of a palace frozen in time, The Palace of Heart's Desire. This is a perfect entry campaign for beginners, and a wonderful world to explore with a new a group of players. This class is an on-going adventure, students are free to join at any time, they will be integrated at the beginning of their first session. Sessions will be learner-directed based on story and character choices the learners make. To participate in this adventure, students will require access to a computer. Alongside our Zoom meetings, we will be using the websites D&D Beyond (https://www.dndbeyond.com/) and Owlbear Rodeo (https://www.owlbear.rodeo/) to enhance our gameplay. ๐ฒ Ready to roll the dice? ๐ฒ
Learning Goals
Create a shared list of classroom rules.
Work as a team to analyse and solve problems.
Improve skills in communication and cooperation.
Use a combination of logic, strategy and creativity to complete tasks.
Develop skills in storytelling, decision making, invention, research, calculations, negotiation, role-play, and active spatial visualization.
Practice public speaking skills by retelling the events of the previous week.
