In this course, we'll go over character creation for Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition, including: - Race and Class - Name and Backstory - Health and Armor Class - Skill and Attributes - Ability Points - Personality, Alignment, Flaws - Equipment and Spells (if needed) Ask questions! Get involved in class! This one is a very "for fun" lesson and I want as much engagement as possible! Let your imagination run wild - that's the whole point of role playing games! After class, take your character to a table with some friends or stick around for a potential game here!

Students will learn self-expression, communication skills, awareness of rules and guidelines, and social interaction skills, all while playing and learning a very open-ended, exploratory game
