Class Experience
Welcome to the exciting world of ongoing Dungeons and Dragons for Kids! Each month, your child will embark on a brand-new adventure where they will have the power to influence the story's outcome. Led by a skilled and experienced Game Master, your child and their friends will create unique characters and explore custom-made worlds filled with danger and wonder. Will Guy, founder of Role to Play Games, has worked as a teacher and coach his whole professional life and has been immersed in role-playing games ever since he was a child. Not only does he have classroom experience, he has also worked as a professional game master for participants aged 6-60. Our goal is for your child to leave this lesson encouraged and enthusiastic, leading to further exploration of this fantastic game.
No homework is required, but students will level up and may need to update their character sheet between games.
You'll need a D&D character sheet, dice (physical or an online roller), and pen and paper for any note-taking!
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
We understand that, as parents, you may have concerns about specific topics that could arise during gameplay. Rest assured that our experienced Game Master is trained to handle sensitive issues appropriately and will ensure that the game's content is appropriate for the age group. We encourage open communication between parents and the Game Master to address any concerns or questions that may arise. Our top priority is to create a safe and inclusive environment where kids can have fun and learn important life skills while playing Dungeons and Dragons.
We'll use official DnD content and the Dungeons and Dragons Fifth Edition (D&D 5E) ruleset.
