In this six part class, students will experience a full Dungeons and Dragons adventure from start to finish. This custom campaign created just for Outschool learners is designed to introduce and develop mastery of the basic rules over the course of six streamlined story driven sessions. This class is taught in English.
This class is focused on mastering the basics of the Dungeons and Dragons player's ruleset. When the adventure concludes, students will feel comfortable and confident in core gameplay including combat, spell and magic use, traveling and resting, social roleplay, and plenty of lesser known or tricky rules that often trip up beginners. On top of learning game-specific rules and mechanics, students will be engaged in an ongoing guided lesson of interpersonal group dynamics, shared responsibility and trust, and conflict resolution in pursuit of a common goal.
