Dungeon and Dragon's Wednesday Adventurer's Guild
Class experience
This is a weekly game of Dungeons and Dragons where the players decide what adventure they would like to explore. These games are highly interactive and teach creative thinking, problem solving, team work and math. The game direction is dictated by the students. Every week students will look at the mission board and decide what mission they wish to accomplish. New missions are always being added and players are encouraged to discuss with one another another and pick the job they think is most...
This class is taught in English.
I have played Dungeons and Dragons since I was in high school back in the 80's. Last year I became a professional game master and I have over 100 positive reviews on StartPlaying.games. I have also been a high school science teacher for 13 years. This makes me very good at explaining difficult concepts.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
"Hello. I am Mr. Blue and I will be your science teacher today!" are the words I said every school day for the last 12 years. then The pandemic hit... During this last year many of my teaching colleagues complained about having to teach remotely...
