Description

Class Experience

Education: BA in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Communication and minors in Philosophy and Theology from the University of St. Thomas

Experience: More than 9 years as a homeschool parent, more than 30 years of being an avid reader, 3 years of writing fiction while meeting with published authors to discuss different aspects of writing and books, high school-level classes taught on this platform in addition to several classes taught on the aspects of writing on Outschool as well as at local libraries for more than 2 years, I am also a Municipal Liaison for the NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) program and a freelance editor for independent authors
Class 1: Chapters 1-3 (pages 1-47)

Class 2: Chapters 4-7 (pages 48-93)

Class 3: Chapters 8-13 (pages 94-139)

Class 4: Chapters 14-18 (pages 139-190)

Class 5: Chapters 19-23 (pages 190-241)

Class 6: Chapters 24-28 (pages 241-292)

Class 7: Chapters 29-42 (pages 292-338)

Class 8: Chapters 43-56 (pages 338-390)
All students will need a copy of Dry by Neal and Jarrod Shusterman!
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This book includes times of desperation, themes may get scary for some readers and include violence and/or relationships between characters.
