I first experienced Druidawn® as a participant alongside my son. We quickly became enamored with the adventures and with leveling up our beloved characters. Soon I was having fun teaching Druidawn® myself, leading classes through mythical and magical lands. I have been been using Legends of Druidawn® to encourage students to write for many years. Words are currency in Druidawn®. Kids don't HAVE to write, they will WANT to write!
Homework Offered
Quizzes and Homework: Each week homework will be provided and is an important part of the success of the self paced class. This will be explained to the students in the week's post on Outschool in the classroom so that everyone knows what work should be completed. Students are expected to complete the homework and their characters will benefit from their efforts. If homework is not completed the character won't be able to own a Druidawn® business.2 - 4 hours per week outside of class

Be aware that Druidawn adventures do have various undead and enemies attacking the knights. As in all Druidawn® adventures there is always a peaceful option that the knights may choose but quite frequently they choose a chaotic resolution. Battling, blood, weapons, killing are usually part of a chaotic resolution. Natural disasters may be part of this class as well. Characters and pets may be in peril throughout the stories.
Students will be directed to Druidawn® documents and some internet research will likely be needed when planning the business. Quizzes will be on Google Forms.
