Description
Class Experience
Making the time for daily Meditation is beneficial at any age. These meetups are designed to give learners' the chance to try out meditation and the foundations to grow a regular practice. Learners will meet with me, your humble Mindful Meditation Guide. After an initial check-in, I will introduce students to the concept of Mindfulness Meditation and discuss why/how these tools can help them in their daily lives. Students will be encouraged to develop a regular mindfulness meditation practice with the tools they learn in class.
25 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
