Making the time for daily Meditation is beneficial at any age. These meetups are designed to give learners' the chance to try out meditation and the foundations to grow a regular practice. Learners will meet with me, your humble Mindful Meditation Guide. After an initial check-in, I will introduce students to the concept of Mindfulness Meditation and discuss why/how these tools can help them in their daily lives.
