I strive to give students experience of different skills through safe drills to enhance their confidence and understanding. This class does have a risk of injury. Some drills require skills such as a handstand or back bend position which have risk of injury if they are not performed properly. Please be sure that students are working in a safe environment where hazardous furniture with sharp edges or tripping hazards are moved away from the space the gymnast will perform drills. Parental supervision may need to be modified due to your students strength or experience level doing certain skills.
